Flare Inc. (Head office: Toshima, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuki Kamiya), which operates “Flare,” a private-car advertising network system in Thailand, is pleased to announce the completion of a third-party allotment of new shares to KLab Venture Partners Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yasukazu Nagano) and Framgia Holdings Pte. Ltd. (Head office: Singapore; Representative Director: Makoto Hirai). (Amount undisclosed.)
