Flare Inc. (Head office: Toshima, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuki Kamiya), which operates an automotive advertising platform in Thailand, has completed a third-party allotment of new shares to VOYAGE VENTURES, Inc. and multiple angel investors, raising a new round of funding. Since the service launched in August 2017, both our advertiser base and registered driver count have grown steadily.

Through the use of funds from this round, we will invest in product development and strengthen our operational capabilities.

Going forward, we plan to continue expanding our business centered on car-wrapping advertising while leveraging our touchpoints with vehicle owners.
